How quickly will i lose weight? and on average how much per week?!
Question: How quickly will i lose weight!? and on average how much per week!?
Can anyone tell me how quickly i will lose weight if this is my regime:
Breakfast- i have a small bowl of cereal OR two pieces of wholemeal toast with a little butter
Mid morning - a cup of tea with one sweetener
Lunch - Small tin of soup with one slice of wholemeal toast with no butter OR 1 egg scrambled on 1 piece of wholemeal toast with no butter, plus half a pint of water
Mid afternoon - 1 cup of tea with one sweetener and a piece of fruit OR cereal bar
Dinner - well balanced meal of fish and rice / spag bol / chicken with salad and potatoes ( about 600 cals) and half a pint of water
Evening - cup of tea with one sweetener and maybe a piece of fruit
I clean as a job every day doing 2!.5 hours of hoovering, wiping tables, buffing floors etc!.!.
I also exercise 3 times a week doing half an hour on my exercise bike 100 sits up and 50 squats
Im roughly sticking to a 1300/1350 calorie intake a day

it totally depends of your age starting weight and metabolisum,but I would estamate around 4 pounds a week,more if your starting weight is high!.It sounds like a good healthy diet,I'm sure you'll do well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
