Use hormone pills, that way you know when your period is due even when you're on a low cal diet!. I do that but then I also have hormonal imbalances, but my roommate used the pills for birth control and she said she always knew when her period was due despite changes in diet, which were obvious because she was heavily into sports!. But ensure you get proper nutrients and calories before taking any medications, and of course consult your gynecologist!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
