Question: Please read =S i weigh to much!?
im 192 pounds, 165cm tall and im only 13 years old
im really unhappy about my weight and starting to really worry about my health !! i really want to lose weigh!.!. ive tried exercising!., dieting and i only eat my lunch and tea !.!. can anyone give me some advise!.!.!. i really need to lose weight and fast before something really bad happens to my healthWww@Answer-Health@Com

hey dont worry too much you are still young, you need to eat breakfast aswell dont skip it, you can loose more weight eating 3 balanced meals than you can starving yourself,
you just need to carry on your exersize and healthy eating and add breakfast on even if its toast it will be sure to helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

You probably only dieted and exercised for a short while!. If you keep at it (and I mean months) then you'll probably see the effects, Your probably expecting to lose too much too fast!. I'm like that and weigh myself everyday but if you try and lose 1/2 pounds a week then your more likely to keep it off!. You should have three meals a day as well because your body thinks your starving yourself so it is holding on to that fat!.

You could try and join weight watchers or slimming world if they allow 13 year olds!. The support groups are quite good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in order to lose weight, i know this sounds funny, but you have to eat!
normally you should eat 2,000 - 2400 calories a day no matter what!.
if you want to lose weight then eat 2,000 but do not go below that because you are young and still growing!
it is also not healthy to eat the same thing everyday because you cannot get the proper nutrition, so be sure to vary your healthy meals!.
make sure you include all food groups!. including grains, fats, veggies, fruits, dairy and meats and beans!. Each one is a vital part of nutrition!.try eating nuts, olive oil, etc!. for healthy good fats, and whole grains for your grains!.
just eat when your hungry and stop when your full!.
or try eating small well balanced meals every 2-3 hours!.
but make sure to eat enough or your metabolism will slow down!.
eat healthy and regularly and you'll be thin!.
but dont obsess over it, its not healthy!.!. and dont be afraid to indulge every so often, your metabolism is racing, dont ruine it!

well first of all you need to talk to your parents and express you concerns

You need to eat lean meats (chicken, fish, turkey, lean beef) , low gi fruits (apples, bananas, pineapple, oranges), green veggies (broccoli, celery, green lettuce, spinach), only whole wheat breads (look on the package and see if the first ingredient is whole wheat flour, if it is it should be good unless it has high fructose corn syrup like Mrs Bairds does)!. Jillian Michaels from biggest loser has a great quote, "before you eat your food ask yourself, does it have a momma or did it come from the ground!? If not don't eat it!." Eat 5 - 6 small meals a day, this will increase your metabolism and help you to not feel so hungry in between meals!. It
