Question: I am 5'7 tall,154lbs weight!.Am i over-weighted!?
I am 21,seems there is too much fat around my belly,and waist is not good enough as well!.anyone could tell how to be better figured without pills!?and how does it take to get the result!?thanks for help:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you are overweight, but depending your frame you might be a little chubby!. I am 5,8 so an inch taller but I weigh about 20 lbs less and I would consider myself slim!.!.!.!.but then again my frame is small so I am supposed to weigh less than someone with a larger frame!. To measure your frame you can wrap your fingers around your wrist so that your thumb touches the middle finger!. If the fingers overlap you are small framed!. If they touch you are medium framed and if they don't even touch you are most likely large framed!.

Definately don't use pills to lose weight!. Eventually you will stop taking them and gain back any weight you lost!. It's better to lose weight by cutting out junk food and snacks (except on special occasions) and doing a little more exercising!. You don't need to lose much though so you can just try to tone up your stomach by doing ab workouts!. Goodluck, and I'm sure you look good the way you are now as well :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Over weight in a medical/health point of view!? It could be borderline, you would have to get a BMI test!. You can do this yourself but need a caliper!.

Pills do not work, nothing quick or fad works!. Not necessarily true in all occasions but the quicker it comes off, the quicker it can be put back on!.

It sounds redundant, but the BEST way of losing and keep weight off is diet and exercise, life style change for most people!. But for losing weight and getting a figure back, exercise is the key but in order to be effective you have get a good diet to support it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it all depends on how you carry the weight!. When I weighed about 150 (i'm 5'5) I had a flat stomach and wore a size 8!. BMI's told me I was overweight but my doctor told me that 150 is my ideal weight for my frame!. If your stomach bothers you, then work out and make better food choices!. As long as you feel better about yourself that's all that should matter, it's not as if we're talking about you being 254lbs here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do pilates and i also got the dancing with the stars dvd from walmart!. The pilates dvd has different choices so you can target what area you want to work out!. It was about $15!. It really works I lost 13lbs and 11!.5 total inches so far!. I would recommend it to anyone!. Im 5'9 and im suppose to be 160!. So I would say you are probably, maybe 10 lbs overweight!. Which isnt bad at all!. I just had a baby about 11 months ago and 160 seems so far away to me!. LOL!.!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
