Answers:
The supplements you're taking, Ultra Ripped has Hordenine in it which stimulates the release of norepinephrine!. Norepinephrine which will increase your heart rate!. I don't know if that is a good thing!. I would ask a nutritionist!. It also had Octopamine, first discovered in the salivary glands of the octopus, It is suppose to help mobilize fat loss but there is no evidence that it actually works!. Octopamine may also increase blood pressure significantly when combined with other stimulants, as in some weight loss supplements!. Tyramine can also cause elevated blood pressure and sometimes headaches!. Other then that your diet seems fine to me!. just make sure you're eating enough!. You should never go below your BMR, and ideally if you have 10 or less pounds to lose you shouldn't have a caloric deficit above 500 calories!. If you add anythign to your diet I would say add more protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
