Question: Does the Special K diet really work!?
I was just wondering if the special k diet really works!. As any one tired it and if so how much did you loose!. I was thinking about tiring it out and i just wanted to see if it really worked!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have tried every diet under the sun but nothing worked as well as acai berry!. I understand they say that pills won't work, but they sure worked for me, and they've been shown on CNN too!. It says in small writing only on a bmi of 25!.5 or over, so you would have to be overweight for it to work, don't think its healthy though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
