Question: I need a flat stomach!?
im not overweight, but im not the skinnest girl out there, i want a flat stomach, and less chubby face!. I dont have a gym membership, so all i have is anything i could do at home!. Basically Situps & pushups!. Will doing these help my stomach muscles at all!? and how much impact will it make!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running helps me keep a flat stomach!. I usually run 5 miles or more at least 3-4 times a week!. Maybe running can help you keep a flat stomach too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
