Question: Why am i always thinking about food!?
ok well im 17 105 lbs and 5'2 and have been a healthy weight since i was about 12 (i was a bit over weight before then)!.!.!.iv never had a eating problem (that i know of anyway) but i am always thinking about food and what i will eat later in the day!.!.!.like what i want for lunch and dinner and stuff and im always seeing how many calories im eating but i think about food so much!.!.!.i eat healthy amounts of food!.!.!.usually like 1600 cals a day or more so i dont know why im like this!.!.!.i am kinda scared about gaining weight though

dont go off of breakfast lunch dinner!.
do the breakfast early, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, it helps with hunger!.
or eat slower than usual!. just try it, see how it works!.
or, you can plan out your meals for a week, see if that helps with the thinking about it part!.

Drinking beverages with high fructose corn syrup, such as in soda, will confuse your brain and making it forget that it had food - it lasts for up to three days!. its fine to think about food hah!. and you have room to gain a few pounds!. but if you are hungry have a snack, but a healthy one, like fruit or some veggies with dip or somehting!. if you want to keep your metabolism up, dont just eat big meals, have little snacks all day, that keeps your metabolism going, and you wont be starving for that next meal, but when snacking make sure you have healthy snacks! otherwise it wont work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The trick is to eat like every 2 hours!. Small meals!. I ussally wake up in the mourning and eat oatmeal!. then two hours later i eat ceral and fruit, then two hours later i go with grilled chicken and salad, then two hours later i eat either some pasta or tuna, then for my final meal i ussally just drink a protein shake, thats my diet im a guy if you want to find a diet unique towards you go to www!.bodybulding!.comWww@Answer-Health@Com
I used to go through phases in my life where I thought about food morning, noon and night!. It was a time where I was probably wanting to nurture myself!. Sometimes boredom or stress can make a person want to eat a lot!. Hormonal changes too!. Find a hobby or a passion that you love to do!. This phase will pass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to stop calorie counting so much and have a cheat day or 2!. make them the weekends!. when you are depriving yourself of foods constanly and you like, it will cause you to thik of food all the timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
You sound like you're in great shape, so i wouldn't worry about it, but eating little meals throughout the day instead of three big ones, and eating slow will most likely help mask your cravings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to think a lot about that kind of stuff too and i am also healthy like you!. even if you did gain a few pounds nobody would notice and if your worried about getting fat, it won't happen for a while unless you stuff disgustingly unhealthy amounts of unhealthy fattening food into your mouth nonstop all day long for weeks and weeks!. ok maybe an exxaggeration but still it wont happen for a long time and if you are eating the same amount of food almost every day you will probably stay the same weight!. i was bored before when i thought about it but i think i just found other stuff to think about and then i kind of just forgot about that stuff!. its more fun not to plan every meal you are going to eat, i find!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I ALSO think about food all the time!! Try eating a Banana right after Lunch!. It helps me get through the rest of my day!. I still have a snack before dinner but I'm not 'thinking' about food cause I have that full feeling!. I think you might need to eat more as well as you're probably bored a lot during the day!. Maybe that's why you think about food!.
You'll never stop completely but the best way to manage your thoughts is not by overcoming them but maybe giving in a little!. Find things that give you that full feeling but are low calorie!. A Banana helps me but theirs also apples too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
