How many calories would I have comsumed today?!


Question: How many calories would I have comsumed today!?
2 peice of multi grain toast with marg n marmite

250ml whey and soy protein shake (low carbs)

Dairy food pottal ( i know that was 85cals)

2 strawberrys

Small peach

1 chicken tortila!.!.!. i put in 2 lettuce leaves, one tomato and sprinkle of cheese, no dressing!.!. hand full of roast chicken

Is this ok eating for the day!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
toast: 250 cals (approx, im just guessing)

protein shake: 110 cals

dairy food pottal: 85 cals

strawberries: 12 cals (6 each, but could be more or less, depending on size)

peach: about 35 cals

chicken tortila: about 150 cals

this is only 600 cals!. This is way too little!. You definetly need more cals! You burn about 1300 cals per day by staying alive, not to mention all the exercise you did!. You need to eat a lot more, even if your dieting!.

Yea that sounds like a great start for a healthy diet!. I might try adding some sort of fruit or veggie to your dinner though so that it's more filling!. But all in all, that sounds like a pretty good day of healthy eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
