Exercise Machines .....?!

Okay so I went to the gym today and used this amazing arm excercise machine, but I really want to know what its called!. Heres a little description of it !.!.!.
you sit with ur legs straight out on these straight pedals and then there is a long wire that stretches out with bars on each side which you hold and then you pull it in towards you, then out, then in, then out etc !.!.!.
