how long should a 17 year old girl, weighing at 53kg, 171cm tall !.!.!. be able to last on a treadmill without stopping!?

and also how long should she stay on the treadmill each day to see great results!?

To see results I say 4 times a week from 20-30 minutes at a comfortable pace and 1 day go to the track or the grass area and do let's say 10 60-80 meters sprints and then jogging 5 minutes prior and 5 minutes after warm and cool down!. Do not forget to stretch and of course if you have a some extra time hit the gym working your arms and legs and back to get some definition I am sure there is someone at the gym that can give you a light routine made for females!. You will not only see results but you will feel healthier and stronger than ever!.

PS Diet is very important!. It is very important that you eat right and enough but also eat healthy and drink a lot of water!.

You dont have to spend a lot of time on treadmill, just have a look at these videos and plan your fitness program!

ditch the treadmill, hit the stairmaster!.!.!. put it on a level that you can do for about 20 or 30 minutes, three times a week!. After ten minutes, u will be drenched in sweat!. if u aren't, turn it up a level so u do sweat!. The stairmaster gives you SUCH a better cardio workout, and it's easier on ur joints!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

53kg 171 tall is a pretty good healthy size!. how long you can go on a treadmill doesnt matter initially, i can stay on a treadmill alot longer than my 'thin' friends and im overweight!. but im used to it!. you need to build up your enduranceWww@Answer-Health@Com
