Do you think this is a good workout if im looking for a leaner & skinnier body (not muscley) 'fast' !? I'm also a beginner on working out & im 17
1!. 5 minutes run on treadmill
2!. 2 minutes on rowing machine
3!. 3 minutes on exercise bike
4!. 2 minutes on stair master machine
& repeating this over & over again until 1 hour is past!.

I'm not altogether sure why you are dong such short times!. Much of the hour is going to be spent moving from one piece of equipment to another!. I would be tempted to increase the times and perhaps introduce interval training!. (i!.e!. two minutes at a pace to suit you then 30 seconds flat out) If you did four intervals on each piece of equipment you'd get your results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
