Question: Body Builders i need you're help on ths one!.!?
ive bin working out since August 4 2008 and it is now Jan 22, 2009!. I already have a six pac but it doesn't show very much due to a 3or4 cm lare of water fat, Soi have been thinking of ways to make it look better!. Im thinking of dehidrating my self for 2 months but i play on a team sport and i cant let them down so i can only do it in the months of summer i want to do this but i need a bunch of tips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

honey you can kill yourself by dehydrating!. i was reading about this on a bodybuilder's forum recently!. The more you dehydrate, the more your body will pull water from tissus and make you appear more bloated!. Try drinking coconut water (not milk) for high electrolyte balance!. This will instruct your body to release fluids!. If your body fears dehydration it goes into survival mode and retains more water and pulls it from any foods you eat, from tissus even from your brain and eventually you can go into a coma and die!. Electrolyte pills can also accomplish this!. meaning balance you out so you stop retaining water!

Try supplementation of LCarnitine, creatine/inine, pyruvate, chromium picolinate, vanadium etc!. Search and you shall find!. But remember: better alive with the abs you go than a dead ripped corpse! Unless you are doing it for competition, don't worry about it!.!.!.you will just rehydrate if you drink water again!. Just focus on dietary changes, sounds like you still need to drop a percent or three of body fat!. What's your current body fat %!? I'm guessing 9-11% from the "doesn't show very much" so you need to shoot for 6-7%!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
