Question: IM working out my abs but never feel sore!?
i work out my abs pretty hard i think but i never feel the soreness as i do any other muscle that i workout, why is that!? am i doing it wrong or should i use weights to put more resistance!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think the problem is that you must be doing the same no of reps for a long time now so your body has got accustomed to it!.!.!.try increasing your reps till you can really feel the pain!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
More reps or more resistance/weight!. Also try different ways of working out the abs!. Maybe your abs are just so used to a particular way that you're doing the exercise and they don't get challenged anymore!. If you change up the routine to something they haven't done recently, maybe they'll get sore!. Or you can try a different sport!. Tennis is pretty good for working out your abs because your power in tennis comes from the twisting motion in your mid section!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well yea you can use weights to get better results also when you do ab workout try to tighten them every time you go forward:-DWww@Answer-Health@Com
