Question: How long does it take to lose 30 lbs!?
also how often should I hit the gym!? Im not a dieter but I am no an over eater!. I want to lose the pregnancy weight!. I just joined the gym a few days ago and have been every day since then!. I have been warming up for 15 mins on the elliptical machine and then circuit training which is a total body workout program they have so not only cardio training but muscular as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

f you are trying to lose weight the correct and healthy way, than you should loose no more than 2 pounds a week!. any more weight than that is not healthy, and is probably just wloss of water weight, which isn;t really losing weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
