How can i improve my bench press?!
Question: How can i improve my bench press!?
my bench at the moment is 265 and im 17 5'11 210lb!. i currently train chest once a week and my Chest routine is
flat bench
205 6 times
225 6 times
225 5 times help with 1 or 2 more
225 4 times help with 1 or 2 more
205 burnout
flat bench dumbells
80lbs 4 sets of 6 reps
Incline bench
155 6 times
165 6 times
175 5 times
175 5 times
I then train triceps right after!.
My goal is to hit 300 soon and i am very dedicated guy i go 6 days a week to the gym so any suggestions would be very helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

after youve trained a routine for a few weeks (6 maybe) change something up to shock your body and mind!. you could start your work outs with incline for a bit, or go to less reps and a higher max, or more reps and lower max!. the body responds well to this kind of change, but keep it slight!. also get a spotter and do some heavy lifting that you can't really do!. its good for the body and mind to 'fake' it sometimes!. You'll notice that everyone says don't cheat but then you see pros cheating all the time, its okay sometimes as long as you keep it in contextWww@Answer-Health@Com
