I eat some sort of junk food like everyday!. Wether it be ice cream, cookie, brownie, chocolate!. After i eat this, i feel fat!.(i'm not fat at all, i exercise 16 hrs!. a week, it just bugs me when i eat this stuff and i don't want to become fat) I wan to stop eating so much junk food but even when i tell myself to stop, the next day i always eat more!.

Answers:
Well, you can try eating/drinking different things so that you won't be tempted to eat the sweets!.

What sometimes works for me, is I carry around a pack of gum, and every time I want something sweet, I pop a piece in my mouth!.

You can try drinking green tea, that also helps my cravings!.

Or eat a piece of fruit instead of the junk food!. Fruit is still sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth, but it has fibre, nutrients and lots of water!

Also, make sure that you don't keep any junk food around the house!. Keep it out of sight! And if you do need something, buy those packs of 100 calorie treats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeh its quite easy to solve this problem, first of all doing that much exercise your entitled to a treat so what ur eating doesnt sound too bad

however

If you still find it a problem just swap what your eating for a healthier option!.

Instead of going for brownies or cookies have a protine bar and when you want chocolate buy a tub of chocolate flavoured protine shake, that way your getting the sweetness but its healthy too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just dont f'in eat it!. Its really that simple!. And no im not being a mean person!. I too had this problem at one time but one day i just stopped and told myself to not do it!. Just dont do it!. Drink water, eat something healthy!. Its tough at first, but after a week itll be easy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
