There is no replacement for water as it quenches your thirst, keeps the body going without adding any calories!. Cranberry juice will definately not let you get dehydrated and will also keep your bogy going, but will add to calories each time you drink it!. So i would recommend you drink water when your thirsty, and cranberry juice when u feel like juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Cranberry juice is garbage!. Unless you're diabetic and have had a sudden drop in blood sugar, or you're trying to prevent a urinary tract infection (even then one glass a day is all you need), it's no good!. Just a lot of empty calories!. It'll hydrate you as much as water does, but that's about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on your body needs!. Cranberry juice is a good treatment for some diseases like UTI and some GI problems but I don't think anything would be able to replace water at normal circumstances!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
