Trying to gain muscle mass, any suggestions?!


Question: Trying to gain muscle mass, any suggestions!?
I am not really looking to do high rep workouts but low rep with heavy weight!. Anyone have a favorite workout regimen for that!? Or any websites that might have a day by day workout routine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whatever workout you do, end with a protein shake if you want more muscle mass!. But like you said, high weight and low reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well work your muscle to exhaustion!. then take one or two day break to allow the muscle to heal itself then work the muscle again!. the healing process is very important!. its during that time the muscle actually gets stronger!.

I personally work my upper body one day!. then lower body the next day then back to the upper!.
