Trying to drink 64 oz of water a day?!

Question: Trying to drink 64 oz of water a day!?
Does drinking glasses of koolaid count toward water consumption!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes!. All liquid counts, even from foods!. If you need more water, try eating more fruit!.
Be aware that caffeine is a diuretic, and therefore causes your body to release some of the water you are trying to provide your body!. Alcohol severely dehydrates you, so you should drink more water to restore lost fluids while drinking!.
The dye in koolaid will stain your teeth, and a lot of sugar isn't healthy for you!. It could cause you to gain weight!.
There's no reason to obsess over drinking an exact amount of water!. A good way to tell if you're getting enough water is to check the color of your urine!. If it's clear, or only slightly yellow, then you should be properly hydrated!.
The reason why water is so good for you to drink is that it's naturally free of calories, and it's already clean so your digestive system doesn't have to work as hard to filter it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Regular Koolaid has 105 empty sugar calories per 8 oz!. You might as well drink soda!. 8 glasses of koolaid is 840 calories, or a little bit less than 1/2 the calories you can consume in a day on a 2,000 calorie diet, leaving you with only 960 calories for food!. Koolaid is never a healthy option and will do nothing but harm you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Technically, yes!.!.!.erm, I mean OH YEAH!!!

But Koolaid is basically sugar and water!. So what you are basically saying is "Can I reach my water consumption limit by drinking sugar water!?"

Yes, you can!. But if you are drinking koolaid that completely defeats the purpose!. The unhealthiness of the sugar outweighs the healthiness of the water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, Drinking kool-aid does not count towards the eight glasses of water that you are suppose to consume daily, but kool-aid is better than drinking soda and other beverages that include high fructose corn syrup; however, I strongly recommend that you just stick with just pure clean water, at least most of the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, i'm on weight watchers and I was told that it is the same but I have noticed that drinking plain water makes me feel a lot better and lose weight faster!. Also plain water is a good way to get rid of acne!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
