okay, so for the past couple of months ive been stretching in order to do the splits, and ive got them sooo close, but i cant get on to the actual floor, im just above it!. i have gotten my lil bro to push me down and hold it there, but my bck leg would slide out to the side a bit!. how long should he hold me there!? thx!!!! oh and im a guy and it doesnt hurt, so dont say it wont work!.!.!. thx!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No don't get your little brother to do it!.
Here's why it's not working their is a little ball that needs to !PoP!
So!.!.!. Get a person heavier than you and do your split as far as you can then ask the heavier person then you to press all of their weight on you then until you feel the little !PoP! don't let him get off!.

hold it for 5+ minutes becasue muscle memory will take place if you do this daily!. also, if your little bro doesnt want to stay their for that long you can try doing ur splits on a wall!.
lay on the ground facing a wall
get ur butt right up against the wall so your legs are in the air
(most guys find this dirty!.!.!.) spread your legs and let gravity do the workWww@Answer-Health@Com

Have him hold you down for 40-60 seconds!. This will help give the muscles memory of flexiblilty!. Do this several times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get him to hold about 15 to twenty seconds
