Alright It looks like your on a good low carb diet you could stand to eat a few more carbs you don't want your body to go into ketosis which is the body using fat for energy, it is good that you use fat for energy but it can be dangerous if you don't get enough carbs also in your diet!. You might want to get those key tone test strips from the drug store just to make sure your safe!.
I'm adding a link for ketosis
http://www!.carbs-information!.com/ketosis!.!.!.

Now on to your question, what I would suggest is to change up your routine a little, if you can try adding some jumping jacks in or jump rope for about 10 min or longer at least 3 times a week, or if you can try walking then jogging then walking do it in little intervals!. like walk so far then jog so far then walk again but don't over do it!. That will help you kick your metabolism up into high gear and get your body to loosing again!. But the thing is don't get discouraged, you can hit a plateau for up to 6 weeks, and then all of a sudden you will drop a huge amount of weight!. It all depends on your body and if it is willing to give up the weight!. See your body refills your fat cells with fluid, and until it decides that you are not going to fill the fat cells back up with fat again it will release the fluid, so you will have a big weight loss after a time of no loss!.
You said you have been lifting weights also, so you may have built up some muscle and muscle weighs more than fat but once you get the muscle you will rev up your metabolism into high gear also because the more muscle you have the more fat you burn!. YEA!!! Just give it a couple more weeks and don't give up, you have came to far to give up now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
