How can I put on some weight but also keep fit?!

Question: How can I put on some weight but also keep fit!?
I was ill recently and lost 5lb!.Despite not exercising for 6 weeks my weight has remained the same!. I am petite (5'2" and 50kg) and have never been overweight (usually 51kg), but I can only ever find information about LOSING weight! Simply eating more food seems to make little difference to me and I don't want to eat junk!. My 3x weekly exercise regime is important to me- 1hr circuit training (cardio+resistance work), 45min spinning class and 1hr gym session a week (20 mins cardio+then weights/toning)!. I don't think this is excessive!. Can anyone advise how I can gain about 7lb!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Diet is 80% of successful weight gain!. Working out is the other 20%!. Join a gym and pick a healthy wait lifting program or lift on your own at first!. There are a million lifting programs and you can check out body building websites for ideas!. Typically lifting 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps on about 4-6 exercises a day will be just fine!. You lifting shouldn't take longer than 45 minutes!.

With a solid diet and weight lifting program you should aim to add 1-2 lbs per week of lean mass!. Slow and steady wins the race, so stay focused and don't worry too much about putting up crazy numbers or doing a really intense workout in the gym!. Remember that most of your success will come from the foodWww@Answer-Health@Com

my mate did about the same training as you and he just ate 6 meals a day mainly protein he had soo much yogurt and packaged meat lol and he gained like 15 kgs over a year but if you do this for a bit i think it would work!. keep your fluids up because this helps your body cleanse itselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

I became overweight until I tried acai berry, I know they say that pills won't work, however they definitely worked for me, and they've been showcased on CNN too!. There's a free trial happening right now at http://bembloic!.etherbyte!.com , give it a try, what's the worst that could happen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Meals with protein and iron!. No protein shakes!. They are bullshitWww@Answer-Health@Com

Why do you want to put on weight, it's more healthy to keep it off!. I am 5' 2" and am 45kg, have been all my adult life, and that's without dieting!. Keep exercising but eat healthy, your body will make up it's own mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
