I think that is key!. Listening to your body and eat when your hungry not just because your bored!. Food is so convient nowadays that we don't really have to put any thought into snacking!. Food is just available and because it's there and ready to eat, that is what we do!. i think you are smart to try to do what nature intended us to do!.Eat when we are hungry not "just because"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would try this workout!. At the same time you will be gaining muscule and burning fat!. So its awesome!.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Two 5 pounds weights!.
* means one 5 pound weight in each hand!.

If you don't have two 5 pound weights try using water bottles full of water!.


Workout:
Stretch
*20 Bench Press x3
20 squats x3
*20 side arm lifts x3
20 crunches x3
20 push-ups x3
*20 lunges x3
20 leg lifts x3
Walk for 30 mins
Stretch

Stretching before your workout helps you not to pull a muscule during your workout!.

Stretching after your workout helps you not be AS sore afterward!.

I try to do this everyday, but I'm sure you would get results doing this only 2-4 days a week!. I recomend everyday!.


Eat 1500 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water daily!.

You will lose weight and tone up!

You can do it! i know you can!

You will be sore!. and it will hurt but you can do it!.

Don't be scared to add more excercises of more reps!.

Drink LOTS of water, eat several small amounts through out the day, exercise, and yes stop eating before you are stuffed!. You can always eat a little more later after your food has settled!. It takes a little time before your brain reads that you are full!. Have you ever heard of or tried the Master cleanse!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe you can!. Only through personal experience though!. And my own case has been that I'm blessed with a high metabolism and exercise regularly!. I think it would depend on how much weight you need to lose!. If the lbs!. are any where like 20 or below I'd say go for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes if you eat less you can still loose weight!. Also if you skip meals that just slows down your system so its just better to just eat, but not too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
