Question: Whats a good Diet for a 13 year old teenager!?
Im not like FAT but I just want to lose a couple pounds!. Just to get in shapee for the track, volleyball and basketball team!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't diet, just eat healthy!
switch out cookies for fruit, and eat whole grains, high-fiber foods, and lots of protein!. espcially since you're an athlete, getting lots of protein is extremely important to build muscle and lose fat!. (however, you may gain weight from building muscle--but you'll look more toned, because muscle weighs more than fat)!.

also remember to drink at least 3 liters of water a day, and don't go on any crazy fad diets!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should have a balanced diet rich in calcium and proteins!. Eliminate foods which have just calories and no or very little Nutrients!. eg sodas, sugars (simple carbs), Fast foods (Have lots of fats and refined carbs)!.

you are 13-the best diet you can do is avoid fast food places as much as you can and eat fruits inbetween meals!.!.!. start joggin couple times a week to start gettin in shape for sports but nothin more than thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
