Question: Did I Eat Well!? - Whats Your Opinion!?
Okay, Thanks for answers guys!.!. today I had:
1 small bowl of Special K with 1 banana
Salad with lettuce, tomato and chicken with 97% fat free mayonnaise
2 1/2 light salada biscuits with skinny hommus dip
1 Small piece of lean steak with small amount of sweet potato in oven plus lettuce with olive oil and lemon!.

~ What's your opinion!? I'm am trying to loose weight, I am 14 (male)!. 180cm (5ft 10) and weigh 82kgs (180!.4lbs) -lost 4!.5kgs so far-Www@Answer-Health@Com

The most effective way to burn fat is to eat less food and workout more, the problems appear when we really aim to put that into operation! One thing I noticed is you are eating a low carb diet - the quickest wa to drop the kilos is to go low carb (so only eat carbs at breakfast - in that case maybe cut out the salada biscuits)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Looks good!. Your weight doesn't sound outrageous!. You're only 14 and probably going to grow more!. Eating right is great but you need to take into account growth spurts over the next couple of years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
