Yes, you will burn more calories while awake, then asleep!. BUT, and this a big but, any health gain you are trying to get from this will be completely negligable when compared to the problems coming from lack of sleep!. There are much better ways to burn calories then by pulling an all-nighter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
