I wouldn't be to concerned at 82 bpm even during RHR as it would depend on what you were doing during the previous couple of hours both physically and mentally!. Physical and mental stress can alter your heart rate!. Try taking your pulse first thing when you wake in the morning before getting out of bed and definitely before any strenuous movement or mental activity!. If your pulse rate is above 72 bpm then it would be a good idea to consult your medical practitioner for a check up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is a possibility to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight quickly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as quickly!. The sole diet which really showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a few free trials left, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN!. I melted away twenty five pounds, it really does work!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Normal limits are 60-100!. Typically in athletes, the lower you are, the more healthy your heart is!. Try doing more cardio or more intense exercise and you will notice it will slow down!.
