How can i shape my abdminals (abs)?!


Question: How can i shape my abdminals (abs)!?
i'm 14 130 5"4/5"5
i'm not obsessed with my looks people! i'm not a shopping-freak!.
so calm down!. lol
but i've always wanted to look and be healthy,
and i think i already am those two things
but i want to look healthier!.

so what can i do to make my "abs" more noticeable!?
i mean cardio will get rid of fat but not shape them!?
and honestly i dont really think i have a LOt of excess fat!.
i do about 50 sit-ups every night!.
that's not enough is it!?

suggestions/comments/concerns!?!?!?

Okay, don't always depend on sit-ups, do "ABDOMINAL EXERCISES" on the net and it should help!. Vegetables and banana's help clear out fat and the bat things causing the fat to expand in your abdominal areaWww@Answer-Health@Com

The obvious way to burn fat is to consume less and exercise more often, the difficulties arise when we in reality aim to put that into operation!
