Question: Are These Foods Okay For Weight Loss!?
I am trying to lose fat, not add muscle, and am wondering if these foods would prevent me from losing fat!. I understand that it all has to do with my caloric intake!.!.!.

Fat Free Refried Beans
Fat Free Cream Cheese
Organic Mini Carrots
Sugar Free Jello
Tuna in Water
Diet Coke
Whole Grain Bread

Working out 4 Times Per Week, and eating less than 1200 Calories per day!.!.!.

Everything you said is fine however- I suggest laughing cow cheese instead of the cream cheese and instead of the refried beans use black beans and blend in blender or food processor if you want the consistency!.

Although processed foods are bad for you, please understand the world we live in!. Every day a study says something youre doing will kill you!. Dont worry about it!. Youre doing good from the sounds of it!. Just try eating some chicken breasts as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if you eat 20 slices of bread, 20 tuna cans, and 1000 mini organice carrots, then you won't lose weight!.
There are not foods that burn fat apart from caffeine and chillies because they speed up your metabolism!.
People don't don't get fat because they ate one donut, they get fat because they ate 3 donuts, plus other things in a day, and have an excess of calories which then become stored as fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

including the mini carrots, they only reach their full potential upon maturity!.!.!. and you still don't know what is in the fertilizer and the soil that is is grown in!. A company that doesn't use spray on pesticides can slap an "ORGANIC" label on the package!.!.!. it doesn't mean that it is free from harmful chemicals!.

Where are the green vegetables!?

No fake foods (sugar free crap turns into formaldehyde in you brain, Splenda turns into chlorine and will give you the runs)

Fat free is not normal!.

Too much tuna or any other fish and you risk mercury toxicity!.

White meat chicken, some fish, tuna, salmon, eggs, whole grains, fruit, and tons of green veggies as well as other colorful veggies!. Drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

only thing healthy with weight loss is tuna in water and mini carrots, unless you count calories and put crap in your body it doesn't matter
