The faster you go the more energy you burn but the tireder you feel!.

If you go on a long walk you will loose weight slowly but you could easily fit it in your day as you don't end up sweaty!.

It also depends how healthy you are to start with, you don't want to start running straight away as you are more likely to damage yourself!.

depends how long you're doing each for!. 30 minutes of running will burn more calories than 30 minutes of walking, but most people are willing to walk for longer than they will run!. 60 minutes of walking = 30 minutes of running, but 90 minutes of walking would be better!.
