Question: Lowest fat thing from indian!?
Hey, i've been dieting since new year, have lost 9lbs so far! I'm 14, and my family are having indian for tea!. Todayi have had a piece of toast, a weight watchers soup, and i will have an apple or pear at about 4!. What is the healthiest, lowest fat thing i can have from the indian!? I only drink water, and don't want naan, or popadoms! ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

NAAN but without butter or i would recommended TANDOORI ROTI!.
MIXED VEGETABLE curry got fat under 1gm too!

The best way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more often, the difficulties appear when we in reality attempt to put that into operation! Spices added directly to the meat and cooked without the sauce so it is great for those wanting to watch what they eat beware tho as the sauce comes with it separately!. Have it with salad if your being really good or boiled rice!.

You could also have a veg dish a tomato based sauce is your best bet, so something like a buna is fine!.

Remember that the more healthy food u eat the better, so dont restrict fruit and veg and things like eggs, beans and lean meat!. U will loose more weight the more healthier food u eat

if you are hungry eat! as if your body thinks u are starving it will cling onto all of the calories in your food instead of only absorbing a little as it needs!. The bodies natural defense mechanism to prevent starving and you restricting your intake of calories will trigger that off!.

Rather than focus on food how about going for a walk!? and getting your heart rate pumping!?!?

Chicken shaslick is good -low fat (grilled on skewers usually) and doesn't come with sauce or nuts!. Also try sticking to boiled rice instead of fried, good luck and well done for losing so much already!Www@Answer-Health@Com
