I don't know!. One would think that without oxygen, the garlic would last quite a while!.!.!. but I don't take the chance!.
I usually add garlic a few hours before use, and only make more than enough for the meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you keep it in the refrigerator, it will will take a couple of months to spoil!. Un-refrigerated, it will last a couple of weeks!.
Yes refrigeration will cloud the colour of it, but once you take what you need from the bottle and leave it at room temperature for a few moments, it will return to it's clear colour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
