They are actually about equal to regular diet soda!. :( sorry They may seem better, but they will act the same way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry girl, but if you've been dieting long enough, you should know better!.

But since you're a little ignorant and still stuck up I'm going to break your bubble, it's for the best!.

Diet soda contains aspartame, besides that being something you should avoid due to a list of health reasons so big it could circle the earth, it enforces your body to retain water and a higher level of fat cells!. New research suggest that not only is aspartame CRAP, it WILL NOT change the effect your body reacts to the drink!. The conclusion to the research was that changing Sugared version soda for diet version, will increase the chance of a ton of illnesses and here's the kicker, WILL NOT make you lose any weight!.

Also drinking tons of water does nothing, and fruits are replaceable in a diet by a multivitamin and a proper fibre intake!.

So get over yourself stop the bullshit and accept soda's are crap and stop drinking them!.

I'm sure I'll get a thumbs down from you, but it's all worth it once you realise ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well!.!.!. its an interesting question and studies have shown that people who drink diet soda actually gain weight MORE than people who drink regular soft drinks

however!

it is unclear as to whether weight gain is a direct consequence of drinking diet soda as it was agreed that people who notice they are gaining weight are probably more tempted to make the switch to diet soda in a bid to stop it

weight gain is more about what is on your plate rather than what is in your glass

many people use diet soda as a means of convincing themselves they are on a diet - when the reality of it is switching from regular soda to diet is going to do very little unless you literally drink gallons of the stuff

the body does not retain sugar, it retains water, when the body retains water it is still water there is no change, excess sugar is not retained it is simply harnessed, converted into glycogen then (if not used for exercise) stored as energy in the form of fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Cut out all soda!. Diet soda is just as unhealthy as regular soda!. You will still mess up your teeth and you will still get the insulin spike and you will still empty your wallet on that overrated crap!.

Companies will tell you anything if it means you buy their product!. They are very good at stretching the truth!.

Now technically you can lose fat successfully while still drinking soda, but why would you want to do that!? Stop drinking all types of soda and in a few weeks you will realize what a waste of money they are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, you don't need to diet per se in order to lose weight, the sole diet that really delivered for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials left, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN!. I shed twenty pounds, it really does produce results!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want soda to be low cal and tasty, try some club soda mixed with a quarter cup of orange juice or a teaspoon of flavored torani syrup!. btw splenda is pretty much the same as aspartame, its all bad for you!. mmmmmchemicals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may want to investigate Splenda before You start using it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Both aren't great, but splenda has been connected to longterm organ damage!. Go for the no-sugar sodas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
