Answers:
NO! Your metabolism slows down when you DON'T eat!. I would recommend eating a small meal that contains only protein and healthy fats!. (say!.!.!.!. Garden salad with grilled chicken and avocado)

Your body will continue to keep the metabolism cranked but you will also utilize your glycogen stores in your liver at night and then you can wake up and do fasted cardio for immediate fat burning craziness!

It depends what you eat!. If you eat lean protein or leafy greens after 8, it won't cause a problem in your weight but if you eat bread, pasta, or any kind of carbohydrates, they will stay in your body overnight which will in turn cause you to gain weight as you are not moving while you sleep and you won't be burning those calories!. If you have to eat after 6:30 or 7:00, make sure it's fish or vegetables!. Fruit will also do the same thing as starches because fruit is a carbohydrate too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!.
Unless You Continue To Eat Late Day By Day!.
Also You Wouldn't Really Gain The Weight If You Eat Something Healthy But If It's Fast Food, I Advise You Stay Of That!.
However If You Continue To Carrry On Eating Fast Food And Can't Stop, Have A Small Snack,Fruits,Nuts Or Even Biscuits!
But Try Not To Sleep Straight After, Let The Stomach Absorb The Food In Letting It Have Time To Settle!

if it's not an everyday thing it probably won't make that big of a difference!. I lost 80 lbs so I know how you feel about not wanting to gain another ounce lol!.

However when you eat, if you drink a whole lot of water with it, that should help alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat after six thirty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It actually can, if you need a snack just eat a rice cake or something, light and easy!.!.!. Eating too late can also cause Acid Reflux in the stomach area!.!.!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you sleep right after, yes!. if you sleep two hours later then i dont think it would be bad!. try to eat six small meals!. that keeps your metabolism raging like an infernoWww@Answer-Health@Com

No!. This actually keeps your metabolism working!. And no, if you do eat after 7 p!.m!. or 6:30 or whatever, it doesn't matter what it is that you eat!. What matters is the amount of calories you have consumed in total that day from getting up in the morning, to going to sleep at night, and how many you have burned off!. To say that you shouldn't eat after 6 or 7 is a myth!. To say that if you do you shouldn't eat starches is a myth!. You could eat a 500 calorie cheeseburger at 7 p!.m!., and if you didn't go over your calories for the day, and had gotten your exercise, it wouldn't make a whole lot of difference that you had eaten a cheeseburger and not an equivalent quantity of fish and steamed vegetables!.

As far as not gaining another ounce is concerned, please be realistic in your goals!. If your diet is "strict" by which I hope you don't mean, "I am starving myself on 800 calories a day so that I lose all this weight this week," you will definitely fluctuate a small amount, even up to a couple of pounds, seemingly overnight, but that is because of water retention, how much solid waste is in your colon, and so on!. Plus, if you're starving yourself and not eating enough, your body's weight will fluctuate up and down as your metabolism tries to figure out if you're stuck in the desert someplace; and when it decides that you are, your strict diet will cause you to stop losing weight, and then start gaining it all back and then some as your body hangs onto every calorie it can, for survival!.

The solution!? Sensible diet, reasonable goals, and understanding that positive permanent change doesn't happen overnight, or even this month!. Moderation in all things is the key - even when we're being strict with ourselves!. Take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
