Question: Will walking help me lose 20 lbs in 4 months!?
If I walk 45 minutes/1 hour each day will that make me lose 20 lbs in 4 months!?

It definitely will, if not more! Just make sure to keep up with it!. I have been doing the same thing as you and eating a little healthier and I am constantly losing weight!. It's so great to see that you are doing this over four months!. Because it's not drastic, you will not gain the weight back as you would with a yo yo diet!. It will be a whole new life style!
