930amBreakfast-Half an onion bagel with light cream cheese-240 cals
and a Tea with Milk-120 cals
230pmLunch-Salad with light ital dressing-150 cals
430pmSnack-Banana and peanut butter-170 cals
6pmDinner-Large salad with tuna and oil and vinegar-360 cals
What do you think!??
Total=1040 cals
I will also jog for 30 mins and do a pilates DVD for 20 mins tonight
Also, 80 oz of water!.
I am 5'1 150 lbs trying to lose 25-30 lbs by summer09?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As other answerers said it before me, make sure you do not go under 1,200 calories/day!.
