I don't eat a lot and I excersize!.
I do crunches and all, I just need something that will work!

i do crunches and i have a pretty toned belly!. the thing is, regular crunches don't do much!. Put a ball or futon under your lower back (right over ur butt) and do crunches like that!. Also just live in a healthier lifesyStyleRide your bike to the store instead of driving, spend more time outside!. Also never take fat pills cause if they don't work than they make it even harder to loose whWeightormally!. Also hurkies are very hard and very good for working out!. if you don't know what they are its one jumping jack, drop to the floor and do one push up!.!.!. repeat, trust me you will feel the burn after like 4Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just need to keep working out!. It'll come eventually!. Maybe exercise more times a week!. Just be patient :]
