You won't have enough strength to get through the exercise!.
Eat like a banana or an apple before you go jogging and then eat breakfast after!.
It better to exercise in the morning b/c you'll have more energy!.

Don't eat breakfast before running!. It will be there in your stomach trying to come up while you run :-)
While you need a breakfast in the morning, its ok to run on an empty stomach!. You'll be burning off the stored fat!

It is more healthier to eat breakfast before you jog and wait an hour (or else you get cramps) but the most effective way to lose weight would jog and then eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
