hi!. im 14 almost 15 and i weight 190 pounds!. I want to lose 60 lbs and get down to 130 lbs!. i have no time limit yet but!.!.!. i am hoping to lose most of it by my sophmore year in september 09!. i have lost 3 pounds since tuesday but i cant stop thinking about food!.!.!.!. i cut oput all caffine and i have no problem with that!.!.!. i just always feel hungry!.!.!.!. help!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together!.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier!. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin!. For
diet, go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food
after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your
diet is still balanced!. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans!. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging!. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever!. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on)!. Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women!. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

If eating is your problem, eat more meals throughout the day with smaller servings!. So if you like to eat three meals a day, eat light snacks in between the bigger meals (maybe Chex Mix or Pretzel Sticks) and eat less during the main meals (that doesn't mean starve yourself - try eating slower so it takes less food to get satisfied/not "full")!. This should keep calories burning throughout the day!. In addition to that, try simple exercises and aerobics like walking, jogging or anything physical!. Eating "right" will only take you so far; exercise will help burn extra calories!. If possible, find a friend to lose weight with! Eat lots of fiber!. Try eating freshly steamed vegetables with some lean protein like fish!. But if you're like me, I just heat up the vegetables in the microwave!. Buy a BIG bag of mixed vegetables and that can be a side!. Bean burritos are also filling with plenty of protein!. You can add chicken, tuna, and salsa in that burrito for protein!.

So in short eat plenty of food with low calories such as vegetables to fill you up, and and lean protein to add some muscle!
Cardio work-outs such as running, biking, swimming ect!. will help get that fat off!.

im 14 too and am i also trying to lose weight too before my birthday!! I know that the most cause people gain weight is because of coures they are hungery but the second reason is because they are bored so they eat!. What i try to do is balance my scehdule!. when i want to eat something unhealthy just keep in mine whats motivating you!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its HARD!. you have to really be motivated and stay motivated if you want to lose the weight!. DONT TAKE PILLS or anything like that!. stay old school, ur only 14!. eat healthy but get enough calories, as well as exercise that you can handle!. when you get urges, chew gum, you cant splurge on the big cal and fat stuff, it wont make you feel better!. protein and fiber are your friends =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok heres what you do!. before you eat, drink a big glass of water!. that will fill most of your stomach up so u dont have to eat as much to stay full!. next exercise for 1 hour each day!. if you dont like to be in the gym then take on a new sport at school!. try cheerleading,basketballl, volleyball, track anything!. even dance! and to not always feel hungry, try eating vegetables and fruits when u need a snack and not chips or cookies!. hope i helped!. ?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need to loose weight! You're growing!. However, your choice of food is important!. Try eating less junk food (anything with a lot of flour and/or sugar) and pick healthier foods to eat!. Also, working out at least 4 times a week would be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make healthier food choices and get daily excercise, it may take a while, but if you persue your goal, it will happen!.
