Question: Do you think this is a healthy lifestyle!?
i weigh 107
im 5'3
i eat 3 meals a day
and 1 snack
ex-
breakfast~cereal, or (yogurt & a fruit)
lunch~salad with 3 different types of peppers, green onions, tomatoes,& cucumber or a turkey sandwich, or sub, or occasionally ramen noodles
snack~kashi bar,or south beach bar,or fruit, or candy, or oreos, ect!.
dinner~pasta,or stir fry, or steak, or slow cooker meals, or lean Cuisine meal
exercise~
(daily)
3 miles on the treadmill, or 35 minute jog
stability ball workout
sweat in' to the oldies workout video
is there anything i should improve and i underweight, or over,

Hmm you are missing out protein(stuff like Fish, Eggs, Beans), some fat(it helps with absorbing shock and heat) and Multi vitamins!. Protein, according what I read and what I have experienced, takes longer time to digest and makes your full for the most part!. But other than that, you are good, I meant great to go!Www@Answer-Health@Com
