That's not a lot no matter what you might think and unless you've stopped growing completely you're doing some serious damage to your body!. If you're still growing, you should eat at least twice that amount!. I know it probably seems a lot based on what you're eating now but that's the easiest way to point out that you're simply not eating what you should!.

You're also missing a lot in terms of vitamins & minerals!. It might not seem important to you now, but it will in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So for the whole day, you had some chicken, applesauce, a potato and some jello!?

Well I guess some people just are not into eating!.

You should eat at least 1,200 calories/day so your body does not lower your metabolism, thinking you have no access to food and saving you from starvation!.

Now, if you do eat less than 1,200 calories/day, that's your right if you're not the kind of person who enjoy eating and food!.
Your metabolism will go down and down and you will need very little calories to survive!. In Asia, some people survive on a handful of rice/day (but it's really not their choice)!.

Just be sure to never eat normally again, or you'll just make fat reserves and really get fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

800 calories a day can actually lead to malnourishment, even if you're taking a supplement!. The diet you outlined here is incredibly low in fat, which may seem like a good thing, but some fat is required for survival!. Fats line internal organs to provide cushioning and help insulate the body, on top of that, they provide twice the amount of energy per gram as carbohydrates (sugars and starches which are found in the applesauce, jello, and sweet potato)!. It's not the quantity of the food that's important, it's the caloric intake, and your caloric intake is probably about half of what it should be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will lose weight this way and quite quickly!.
The thing is, your metabolism will slow down over time and you will have to continue eating 800 calories a day or less for the rest of your life or you will gain everything back and more, and that does sound miserable!.
Eating disorders can creep up onto you if you continue to try to lose weight in an unhealthy way!. So, step it up a bit, it'll be a slower process but much more worth it in the long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Burning calories became a lot easier for me when I began utilizing acai berry!. I know they say that pills will not work, but they sure worked for me, and they have been featured on CNN too!. There is a free trial happening at the moment at http://jugrass!.esomnio!.com , why not try it, why not!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need to include some fresh green vegetable and real fruit- not jello or applesauce!. Whole grains are important too!. This diet doesn't sound good-you need to talk to a dietitian!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

so what's the question!?!? sorry I didn't see the question :(

which Acai berry are you taking!?

I would maybe add a banana & apple to that, and 1oz of nuts!. Planters Nuts has what they call an energy mix, i love that! BUT just 1oz no more!. no less!.

and 5 mini carrots are 1 serving of vegis too

instead of the applesauce & jello- try a yogurt!

I treat myself to Smoothy King too- & I also make my on smoothies at home! they are the best- strawberries, blue berries, bananas, yogurt !Www@Answer-Health@Com
