Question: HELP MY CALVES HURT SO BAD!!!?
I did about 100 calve raises on Friday, then on Saturday my calves started hurting but it wasnt so bad, I could still walk, so I just stretched it out and hoped it would get better!. Then today I can't even walk, I nearly fell on my face when I got out of bed today!. I try stretching them, but everytime I do it feels like they're going to explode!.
What can I do!? And how do I prevent this from happening!?
And I can't see a doctor today because it's Sunday, but I will go see one this week if it doesn't get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you haven't like worked out a lot then its normal!. that means your body is developing new muscle so you'll be sore a few days!. its happened to me before so i feel your pain!! but if it keeps hurting after a few days then you definitely should see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If the pain is that bad I would suggest that you go to the emergency room!.
In the future be sure to eat foods rich in potassium if you are going to work out like that!. Try a banana!. (Taking a potassium supplement is not recommended because too much potassium can cause serious damage; it can cause you to slip into a coma!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
