Question: Help i weigh 138 and i'm 13!!!!?
i weigh 138, i do workouts every school night, and sit ups and push ups, but i am not getting any results, i dont drink soda or eat chips, ever day 4 lunch on school days, i have baked goldfish, bottle of water, and a turkey and cheese sandwhich, and i know ur gonna say, get a gym membership, but y family and i r moving, so we cant afford it, so i need advice!. and i dont eat that much fattening foods, but i hav trouble so help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

138!?! And you're complaining!?!
You are fine!. Trust me!. From what it sounds like, you exercise alot and you probably have alot of muscle!. Be happy with the body that you have!.
Not only that, you're 13!. Your weight will be fluctuating until you are in your 20s!.
Dont pay attention to what the scale says, pay attention to how YOU like your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is ok, i dont know what you look like but it sounds like you are trying and keeping your body healthy!. And besides, i am the same way!. And just like the person said before!.!.!. NEVER LOOK AT THE SCALE!.!.!. just worry about keeping your body healthy and like the way you look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u are just fine don't worry untill and unless you look presentable and if nobody tells u that u look fat be fine wuth ur weight
