Question: How many squats,pushups and crunches should I do ina week for a good workout!?

ahah funny i was askin myself the same question!. i just finished my workout!.
bro do this :
squats= 3 sets of 15
pushups= 3 sets of 20
crunches=3 sets of 40
( per workout )
once you get better start doin more and more then you should be good in no time (y)

it's not how many you should do, its how long you do it for!. i'd say 5 or 10 minutes though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
