Is it bad to exercise before bed time?!


Question: Is it bad to exercise before bed time!?
I heard it wasn't good and didn't really have and effect and help you lose weight is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a myth!. It might be better for some people to work out in the morning, but hey if that is what works for you to work out in the evening than good for you! Remember it is better to exercise period, than to do nothing at all!. So it doesn't really matter what time of the day!. Also depending on what the workout is can in some people help people sleep better, but other may have problems if they get very hyped up after a workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercising in the morning and before bed are exactly the same!.
There is many myths out there!.!.!.
The fact is most people excercise in the morning because its easier on the schedule!.

For losing weight working out in the morning will speed up your metaboism for 4-8 hours after working out!. However working out before bed burns all the calories you ate throughout the day!.

The ONLY bad side to exercising before bed is that most can't seem to fall sleep!.

Keep working out in the afternoon, i do, and its working great for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think it is pretty much the same as working out in the afternoon or the mornin!. i exercise @ night all the time, it works for me:) (i dont have trouble sleeping either so tis all good^^) but if you DO have trouble sleeping it is probly a better idea to do it in teh mornin so u can fuel ur energy with the fat stored in your body :/ more affective!?idk!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wouldn't say that it's bad, it's just that you will have a harder time sleeping because your body will still be in workout mode, at the same time, its good to let your muscles rest and heal as soon as you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
