Question: Should i be on a all raisen bran fiber diet if im consitpated!?
i have noticed i have bin going a bit more then a few days ago!.
this is a good thing!.
and i have been eating raisin bran for fiber!.
oh and what other foods are great in fiber!?

fruit and veg!.
aim for 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of veg each day!.
