Question: My bum!. How do I get rid of it!?
Have been gyming it the past 6months and have lost some weight and toned up a bit!. However while I can now buy a size smaller on top for my clothes, I'm still the same on bottom!. I know I have to factor in muscle and that but I'd love to be able to fit back into size 12 jeans with the hopes of a 10 in another couple of months!. Any ideas how I can shift the weight off my bum!. At the moment I am running 20mins, cross training 20mins and rowing 15 mins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot spot lose weight, sorry!. Fifty five minutes of exercise a day (at least 5 days a week) is good, but if that's not working for you then switch it up to different fat burning exercises and also remember to watch what you eat!. If you are consuming a lot of calories, then a lot of exercise will not make up the difference (or will do so much more slowly than if you eat healthy and lower calorie)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you have nice juicy curves, keep them! 99!.9% of men like a bootylicious woman so my advice is if you got it flaunt it! however, if you still want to lose it i suggest you carry on what your doing and you will probably lose it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
run up and down stairs its a great exercise for that part of the body!. try it! but dont fall down :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
