Question: Healthy eating help and advice!?
Anyone got any good tips on healthy eating !?
I work from 1pm till 10pm at night and usually for lunch i get from the chip shop round the corner which is closest to me !.
Thing is , ive never really eaten healthy all my life and want to no what type of foods are best to eat to stay healthy and what should i be avoiding !.

will help you have a less appetite!.
Drink lots of ICE COLD water!. (:
it helps, because your body has to burn calories to turn the water to room temperature!.
and eat plenty of fruit!.

Little healthy meals throughout the day!. To fight hunger eat gum it works for me and less porpotion!. At first to loose weight is difficult because you feel constantly hungry so have one mini chi chi day!. Also take walks and excercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
