Squats won't really make your butt bigger!. I am a dancer and I can tell you what will make it higher, firmer, and gain muscle (Which will make it bigger)!. And that is kicking!. Stand straight with your arms out to the side in a T!. Do straight kicks like in a kick line!. Jump on the odd numbers and kick on the even numbers!. Kick straight in front of you!. Don;t hop scotch, which is when you don't land your kicks with your feet together!. Make sure you return you leg right beside the other or it wont work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on the weight!. Do a weight that is challenging for you to get about 15 or 20 reps with!. Then work with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
